all job listing not showing up on the live website #602

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When you are not logged into SLA New England (http://newengland.sla.org/) as 
an admin and access job index page, all live job listings are not showing. 
Currently there are 10 job listings and only 5 are showing on the live Jobs 
Index page (http://newengland.sla.org/jobs). 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output should show all live Job listings as the display settings 
"Jobs per page" is set to "0". There are currently 10 live job listings and 
only 5 show up on the live site.

What version of Job Manager are you using?
0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.
