508 compliance? #10

Sorry for raising this late, but not sure if you've discussed 508 compliance, in addition to requirement for responsive design. Some important considerations re images, contrast ratio, table design etc

Talked to @slgill about this a while back and I believe he was reviewing code for this. The big thing to keep in mind is the image alt tags on everything. @slgill, I'll let you close this ticket when you feel we're in a good place?
