Modifying regions to match our data structure

Chris is checking that the regions depicted here match our regional job offerings.

Here are the regions that we should use (as pulled from the JSR listing) In total we would have 10 options with the countries listed below plus Global.

• [ ] @cdobday Can you provide the countries that fall under each region? For the new regions that have been added, we'll need to pull those countries into the subsequent menu.

• [x] @mhkane It looks like when you hover over the Global image, the icon flickers briefly on the screen in a large format. I reproduce it by hovering and then moving the mouse above the image.

I've went ahead and fixed the following:
