Image for Specific Opportunity Dynamic Pull from Flickr #21

A cool concept would be having the info page for a job have a background image of that country dynamically pull from Flickr.

A different hackathon submission did this using the Peace Corps Flickr page and keyword searching: http://peace-corps-search.herokuapp.com/

This could be used to generate the background images as they appear in Jay Bolton's (@the-swerve) Opportunity page examples: https://github.com/PeaceCorps/Opportunity-Portal/tree/master/Resources/Jay%20Bolton%20Examples

Discussed this tonight. We are looking into the other option which would be to have out Peace Corps countries submit a photo with their JSR.

This might take a little while-- forgot to mention it to Ryan yet. We'll have to provide some guidance on specs for responsive website design but think it would be a great next step--even if we launch it after the 15th. We are looking at a short-term solution of adding a link in our country database that would include a photo from the country at least that would appear with each JSR to start off with. Something visual will be there as a starter but love the idea of it being part of the JSR!!!! authentic and directly connected with the JSR.
