Is the site responsive for mobile? #3

It should, but consider the resource and size that map use, static image and list view will be a better options for smart phones, and we should remake the explore and filter/result page layout and make it more like a web app in tablet and desktop.

@jkevintu , I think some of the files @the-swerve added from his design may address this. If we incorporate some of the filtering and shopping abilities that are included there, the mobile experience may be smoother. Since @kststudio was assigned to that front end side, I'm re-assigning this to her to check out. Thanks!
