clustPro, an R package for guided clustering analysis and interactive data visualization. It supports the common clustering algorithms k-means and c-means and enables optimal cluster size prediction. In addition to interactive visualization, it allows user-friendly analysis and sharing of data using JavaScript and the Shiny framework.
