Disable Cassandra and Esmond as part of the 5.0 upgrade #108

Esmond is deprecated in 5.0 and replaced by the new perfsonar-archive service. We should update the Esmond package for 5.0 so that it disables the Cassandra service and removes the Apache setup.

This is taken care of by the perfsonar-archive package itself. Esmond will not be part of the 5.0 repositories.
