Debian: remove python-support from Depends #63

python-support was removed from xenial and stretch so esmond and cassandra packages need to be updated.

esmond package updated in jessie repo and newer version of cassandra should sort that part

cassandra updated to work with dh-python and java8 on Ubuntu xenial.
