Test name not displayed in Test Results table #396

When one configures a new test in the toolkit UI, the name is not shown anywhere in the Test Results table (both private and public). It would be useful to display it so users know which results are coming from which test.

@jvuleta this issue can probably be tackled together with https://github.com/perfsonar/toolkit/issues/310 once you're at it.
