configure_nic_parameters searching for old script directory #478

configure_nic_parameters is looking for interfaces in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg* which no longer exists in newer OSes. We could update this command to get interfaces another way, but its not clear this script is needed anymore.

Currently it:

Disables interrupt coalescing
Disables TCP offload
Set TXQUEUELEN to 10000

A different script handles sysctl, but unclear whether these are still relevant.

Debian patch already fixes this so pulled change into main script. @laeti-tia is generating a new debian patch and then can call this done.
