This set of patches, partly contributed by @perryl and @benjamb allows a simplistic strata based workflow for an individual developer. It is not totally complete but it is good enough to work with for now. Still todo:

• Readme improvements
• Config file rather than terminal runes
• Reuse code from parser.py rather than copying
