Rename `img` to `theme_images` #41

Images that are part of Petridish are written to _site/img for any locally built site that makes use of the theme. It would be better if that is clearer marked as theme_images, so it can live next to the theme directory

  img -> rename to theme_images
  theme

Opted instead to include all images in assets/theme/images so only one directory is visible to user.
