Support child page lists #58

For some websites it would be useful to show an overview (list or cards) of child pages on a main page.

[x] User can define pages and their order
[x] Is there a default? (e.g. list all child pages alphabetically)
[ ] Is there a custom place to include it? E.g. with <-- subpages -->
[ ] Is this just a property of the base.html Or default.html template?

Child pages are now supported as collections in #64. It won't automatically support pages placed in a subdirectory though, but allows for more control.
