Chuwi Hi9 Air BootLopp stuck #1720

Hi, I tried to install TWRP on Chuwi HI9 Air and got stuck in problem. After installation (which showed me as successful) the device goes into BOOTLOOP mode (with orange state message but it was before) and it just constantly restarts on the initial screen and does not turn on, also does not go into FASTBOOT or any other download mode. What to do?

flash this on twrp, then wipe data
