Ok, but I'm pretty sure I can find another arm32_binder64 MT6761 device, for which recent key works

So the really useful infos are:

Your device is Tecno KC1h, and you're running Go Gapps variant. I don't know why you had to make a video to give me this info, sounds totally crazy ineffecient but well

Can you provide a logcat just after pressing it?

To take a logcat run: adb logcat -d > logcat.txt and send the logcat.txt here :)

Yes. I the the same chipset device and keys work properly
