You didn't even bother to send logs when I asked... All I know is that the device is a Infinix S4 but without logs there's no way the issue can be found. Do you already know how to get logs? Did you try? What prevents you from doing this?

Do it like this after reproducing your issue:
adb logcat -b all -d > hotspot.log
@ajaygsi , you already told me that the problem was solved with a clean flash. Could you please close this issue?
