Sms issue #2150

On the latest android 12 gsi, Realme Q3, with 4g or 5g network cannot receive or send any sms (but can send mms, calls, and surf online) , but with 3g network all of them work well.

I also found the issue on other gsi related to your android 12 gsis, such as Pixel Experience 12 gsi, LineageOS 19 gsi, ProtonOS 12 gsi.
