PH-1 (mata) PHH Treble Settings (and others) crash on starting #2394

Fresh install of system-squeak-arm64-ab-vndklite-vanilla-secure.img. The app crashes immediately. logcat.zip

I see no app crash in that log. You get a popup saying "Treble Setings has crashed"?
