How did you flash precisely

Current Behavior:
Stuck at boot logo
Describe the bug
Tried to flash this GSI on my Umidigi A9 Pro but it refused to boot the first time because of dm-verity and verification issues so I reflashed it with the disable commands but it was still refusing to boot simply stuck at boot logo
Expected behavior
Should boot to initial setup
Smartphone (please complete the following information):
Device: Umidigi A9 Pro updated to newest firmware. Build Flavor: system-squeak-arm64-ab-gapps.img.xz Version [V414] Additional context Installed using TWRP because using fastboot just bootloop the device.

fastboot erase userdata fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash system-squeak-arm64-ab-gapps.img
**using this command the first time gave me a size too large error so i used Fastboot delete-logical-partition product
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta_a vbmeta.img
After doing this all I get is the boot logo but it never gets to the boot animation.
Please ignore the additional context in the first post i was copying the format and forgot to remove that.
fastboot erase userdata
There can be issues with that - boot to stock recovery and wipe user data (factory reset) from there.
Well I did do that though later just to be sure and it did not work still. I don’t think it’s that.

Ok, it is just that you mentioned TWRP but it has to be stock recovery.
It’s not twrp I’m on stock recovery my last comment mentions to ignore that I was copying the format from another thread so it got included. This phone only has stock recovery as far as I know. Also I have been only able to boot one rom (DotOS) using these steps but not this one.
