No phh settings or BT in #2585

Loaded system td arm64-vndklite..boots fine within seconds phh settings says error and does not open,blutooth not working at all crash.txt Thanks for the assistance and am using an Samsung galaxy a5 2017 with custom vendor created by simon1511

please give the result of: adb shell 'pm list packages -f |grep me.phh.treble'

Not needing phh settings so much but would need if possible the blutooth
