Plugging an USB cable to the phone makes some parts of SystemUI stop working properly, like the reboot button. Another example is that if you unplu the cable, the battery icon still shows like it was chaging. After a while of use, it soft reboots. Then, after a while, it soft-reboots again. It only can be stopped by forcing a complete reboot, and avoided by rebooting the phone and plugging the cable BEFORE the bootanimation.
