Truncate message #19

Just met a warning of 30000-symbols long that appeared ~80 times in a document and because decorations can't be word wrapped - it almost froze the PC.

This is a rare case, and if you find yourself bored - capping it at 300 symbols should probably be enough.

I mean, you can wait for votes if anyone else is hiting the issue before implementing it.
