Bug: No check made for offline/online status #17

Using http://stackoverflow.com/a/7934636/741043, check is made as menu is displayed in Bible view. (As of build 3651). Taking to airplane mode resulted in "Explain" disappearing from the menu appropriately, though it did take a couple tries. The first time it did continue to appear. [Not sure the best way around that as it seems to take time to notice that there is no accessibility.]
