Change the way define works for Greek words

Either hide it entirely, or try to use the associated strong's word... Maybe a good way to do this would be to associate the word type and column with each word, so that we could know which kind of word we were over and which column we're in.

As of build #3712, a selected greek word does not permit a Define option in the menu. Further, since morphology words are no longer selectable, this provides a much greater hit area for the G#, which will show a define.
