Change aircraft specification after running the route finder

In Free search we should be able to change some of the aircraft specification (e.g. dry/wet rental, rental price, cruise speed, etc).

Main reason is being able to check if a route is better using dry or wet rental.

I understand the need, however the complexity of the change makes it very low priority
