Layer grouping #163

Is it possible to allow grouping of layers? For example I do separate layers for each part of my Aus network so I can give them different colours, but it'd be nice if I could group all those layers under one "Aus Network" so I only have to share 1 link.

Partially implemented: it is now possible to use the layers URL query parameter to load multiple layers at once.

True layer grouping has not been implemented (too complex compared to actual usefulness)
