Add ability to destroy image and all chuncks and annotations from the image info page

From the image info page, connected and authorized user should have the ability to remove the image from the database and all the related chunks and annotations.

• [x] The delete button should redirect to a new page asking confirmation to user.
• [x] Upon user agreement, all related data must be removed from the database and also from the samples and chunks directories.

could the confirmation be an animated js confirmation like the one we use to suppress a annotation ?

Nop. I'd preferer a real big button on a different page.

What should happen when a user is delete ? should his samples remain or be deleted as well ? What about patient deletion ?

I don't know yet. That's another story story/issue ;-)
