Authenticated users can delete sample + chunks + annotations

What is the status of this PR? Ready to merge?

Yes, it is. But there is no handling of user's rights : every connected users can ask to delete sample + its chunks + its annotations.

Can you display the delete button:

  1. only if a user is connected
  2. only if the institution of the sample is one of the user's institutions
