In the previous PR#236 the NAVIGATE scenarios were updated to the latest Mix4 version.
The previous version of NAV_ele and NAV_tec featured more ambition regarding technology shift for LDV 2W, Rail and domestic aviation compared to Mix4. The overwritten values were reintroduced and the ambition slightly increased compared to the previous version of the NAVIGATE scenarios.
