Regionalised demand scenarios used in Ikea #278

Just add demand scenario SSP2_demDiffer with the following principles:

pase-in until 2040
demRedStrong factors $f$ for global North (CAZ,EUR,JPN,NEU,USA)
$2-f$ for Emerging regions (IND,LAM,OAS,SSA)
$1$ for the rest (REF, CHA, MEA)
