EDGE-T now runs on US$2017. Besides cost data, also the model levers referring to GDP or cost data were changed accordingly. A script that performs the changes can be found here: /p/projects/edget/PRchangeLog/20240920_PR280/unitConversion.r

This PR is connected to PR26 in reporttransport

Is it on purpose that there are rounded values after the unit shift in inst/extdata/scenParIncoCost.csv ? e.g. 0.5 in old units becomes 0.62 whereas 0.05 in old units becomes 0.06 Might not be too influential tough.
