With Ivar's consent, could we use the forum to request gps tracks for these routes from anyone who has walked them recently?

Where sites such as those above have tracks, we can use them, as they're most likely correct. The problem with personal tracks is that they record where that person went, which is not necessarily the official route; they then have to be edited to remove the detours to bars, shops, sights, etc.
