[Code Quality] Remove all the Custom Font Service stuff #28

It's a lot of unnecessary overhead now that we have the glyph values of all the stuff we care about in the HSL fonts.

Might be worth keeping around though--writing it in the first place was a PITA, and it's not the first time I've needed this...
