add wallpaper nix package #12

Adding this package, simplifies using the outputs of wp-gen in NixOS configurations.

By using overrides, it can be configured:

(wallpaper.override { function = "prisma"; });

Not sure I like this. The package is supposed ot be a tool for generating wallpapers, not a wallpaper. This way it would look the same every time, which kinda defeats the purpouse

Haven't thought about this - I have mainly used the static wallpapers (prisma) 😅 Makes sense! 👍
