Fixes #17

Blame on me, I got this from StackOverflow. I'm really not experienced with Python and I can't say this is ok or shit.

Also, calling a friend for a third part opinion: @henriquebastos (sorry, I don't know anyone else better to help me here).

Last amending was faulty. Now finally the best option I got is in the commit. Sorry for this messing.

I've slightly modified your commit to avoid modifying the path on windows.

What needs to happen for Sublime to update the plugin to include this fix?

@jzaefferer I probably messed up with the git tags. It should be updated automatically now, otherwise try cmd+shift+p and upgrade package

Btw the latest version of this plugin includes esformatter 0.1.1, so yeah
