why not use the global installed esformatter binary if available? #28

that will allow users to update esformatter without needing to update the sublime plugin.

it will also remove the need for #1 (since the esformatter cli already implements it)

So, I've pushed some changes on branch global_esformatter The change is actually very simple but I couldn't test it enough.

At least in windows it requires the environment variable NODE_PATH. References [1], [2]
