EsFormatter does not appear inside the Sublime Text 3 Package Installer #35

EsFormatter does not appear inside the Sublime Text 3 Package Installer. Thus, the option to install via the package manager does not appear to be available.

I prefer esformatter over jsfmt, since esformatter can also deal with semicolons.

I believe this is fixed now
