update esformatter to v0.5.0 #39

according to https://github.com/millermedeiros/esformatter/issues/262#issuecomment-77408534 this is still using an old version. v0.5.0 was a big improvement over earlier versions.

Thanks, I'll do it soon(-ish)

In the meantime, with #28, you can use any version of esformatter, unless the integration is broken with newer versions.
