323 toasty voice #343

i think i added the sound correctly, but it doesn't seem to work. it's possible that toasty's state machine is interfering with the sound system that marty built. thoughts?

notably, adding the sound seems to have caused toasty to stop using the default sound and instead fall completely silent.

i think it was either an issue with the sample rate or some kind of thing that happened during conversion (half the time adobe audition fails to properly export audio in a universally readable format). i changed the sample rate using audacity. it's hardly scientific. anyway though, it's working.
