Collect data on ten crises, ten organizations, and ten people. #14

Identify common attributes of the data and insure that every data item has a value for that attribute. Make sure to collect enough information to make it a rich experience.

Some data exists now, but more needs to be found and still more needs to be converted to an uploadable format.

We have plenty of data for our three pillars, but it's still in raw format in a string at the bottom of initialize_db.py This data also needs to be fleshed out with wiki pages, imdb's, pictures, twitter handles, etc.

We now have 11 celebrities, 12 crimes, and a bunch of charges, so I'm calling this finished for now. We still have more raw data in initialize_db that should be converted at some point, many of the listed celebrities have no crimes or charges associated with themselves.
