Update minimum python version #204

Poetry will not install Kaleida as the maximum Python version is 3.4.

Thank you for this PR - we are releasing a new version of kaleido with a new architecture in the very near future, which should make this problem go away. If you would like to help us test the new version, please mail me (greg.wilson@plot.ly).
