Lambda-Layer-Gdal2tiles

Its gdal2tiles package that i created inside the conda env. It can be used to create a lambda layer. inconjuction with gdal library as a lambda layer exposed by Development Seed GeoLambda: geospatial AWS Lambda Layer.
