[ENHANCEMENT] Add option for administrator to set default page length #820

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To resolve issue #728 the default iFrame height was set to 12000px, this is too large for some sites and causes a large amount of dead space on the page.

Describe the solution you'd like As the height of the iFrame is reliant on the content a business is publishing the desired height could vary widely. A configuration setting in the /SitePages/CustomLearningAdmin.aspx could be created to allow and administrator to adjust the default heigh of the iFrame to suit their companies needs.

@PhilCollins-EAH Thanks for the enhancement suggestion. We will give this a thought and see if we will implement it.

@PhilCollins-EAH I have had a thought on this feature request and I will add it in. From a timing perspective it will be in by the end of October.
