Implements:

  1. Do not display an empty QR code, this should fix the bug that Milo was encountering
  2. Had a network filter for Matamo tracking
  3. Add a script to simplify super user management for the killing of background daemons
  4. Fix a code recalculation bug that happened on the registration of event
