integrate leaflet

Ok now I want to be able to use a leaflet map in the webui, as if it was any tailwind css / svelte component :

• it's got tailwind css designed widgets :
  • all we need to provide the desired features, like adding a full form in the map
  • so basically we have to style the map items, the hovering form, and the form must be in a drawer menu
  • I will certainly need to style all that properly, to use an advanced tailwind css components library, like daisy ui
• it has got javasript (typescript) for behavior
• it will use third party api like https://geo.ipify.org/ (which can be deployed in private infrastyructure with https://github.com/falzikla/ipgeolocation )
