With this PR we provide a stable version of Harmonic Similarity triples.

KG v0.0.2
KG v0.0.2dev A version for dev purpose to run query in faster time

@delfimpandiani I'm gonna merge this PR about harmonic similarity on master and close this! For anything new bugfix, etc relatred to harmonic similarity we can create a new branch from master!
