[Feature] Add modification dates to lists of docs and fix sorting #131

Context

Currently, something is wrong with sorting documents on the education zone and when the user browses his documents. It needs to be fixed. In addition, modification dates and creation dates need to be displayed in both.

DoD

  1. The dates are added to user documents and education zones.
  2. Sorting is fixed in both views.
