[Feature] Change education zone #301

  1. Education zone feature must works as described here: https://github.com/polubis/4markdown/issues/67
  2. Improve ratings on documents page - public (preview), and permanent. Make it always aligned to right, and make it smaller - check if there is enough space on every device from 320px+ - should be applied for top and bottom rating buttons

  1. 💚❤️ I can't test this points - 2, 14, 16, 17, beacuse there is not enough articles and pagination controls are not displayed. Every other point works and looks fine.
  2. 💚Everything works perfectly.
