[Feature] Add navigation bar to every page #66

Context

Currently, we have a navigation bar displayed only on [CREATOR_PAGE] (home). We want to add navigation to other pages too.

On all other pages, it looks like this:

Definition of Done

  1. The new navigation is added for the/not-found page, /docs/preview page, and docs/adress-of-document - permanent document page.
  2. Navigation looks like the following for desktop and mobile devices:

Desktop: Image Mobile: Image

  1. Navigation works correctly on iPhone devices.
  2. Navigation works correctly from the perspective of determining authorization.
  3. Navigation is displayed correctly in the range 320px + desktop width.
