NectarNet Chrome Extension

A browser extension intended to collect and send security relevant data to PolySwarm, in exchange for distributing rewards in the form of NCT tokens.

Requirements

• Chrome, Brave, or Firefox browser
• The latest version of the NectarNet Browser Extension

Installation

Chrome Web Store

1. Navigate to PolySwarm NectarNet in the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click Add to Chrome

Firefox Add On

1. Navigate to PolySwarm NectarNet in the Firefox add-on store.
2. Click Add to Firefox

Manual

1. Download the NectarNet Browser Extension .zip file.
2. Double-click the ppdns-chrome-extension-v1.1.4.zip file to unzip it.
3. Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
4. Check Developer mode
5. Click on Load unpacked extension
6. Select the ppdns-chrome-extension-v1.1.4 folder that you unzipped.

Setup

1. Navigate to https://polyswarm.network/
2. Log in or Sign up
3. Navigate to Settings -> Rewards
4. Review and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy
5. Click the "Join" button.
6. Navigate to Settings -> API Keys
7. Copy your API key to the clipboard.
8. Open the Extensions dropdown and click the ppdns extension.
9. Paste the API key into the field.
